Hey girls! With Thanksgiving this past week my diet went out the window! This week we had three different Thanksgiving celebrations to go to. How's a girl suppossed to eat healthy? I have been eating loads of food and lots of desserts, like pumpkin whoopie pies, pumpkin rolls, layered pumpkin pie, cheesecake.... Oh dear, it's been terrible! I've been terrible! : / But starting now I'm going to get back on track! I'd love to lose 5lbs! I would be ok with a little more. I was looking on weheart.com for inspirational pics. I'd love to hear any tips or motivation you girls might have! What keeps you on track?

For myself I eat a lot of fruits & yogurt. Though mainly I just focus on exercise. I have a treadmill & exercise bike I use often. I do yoga daily...though that's good for relaxation too LOL.

Good luck with the diet! The best diet is not only eating right but also exercising and watching your calories. Theres a cool app you can use to count your calories and your exercising!
Aww, it's ok girl! It was Thanksgiving. My husband and I drink water all the time. I never buy soda or anything like that. Eating smaller portions throughout the day helps too!
